Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the consultation process. Please note that late arrivals may result in a reduction of your treatment time. Treatment times are inclusive of consultation with your therapist.

All treatments and spa days require full payment at the time of booking. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% charge. Spa days and Treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable if cancelled within this timeframe. Non-arrivals will incur a 100% charge. Please inform us of any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions (current or past) that might affect your treatment. Conditions such as cancer, diabetes, psoriasis, fungal nail infections, arthritis, hepatitis, pregnancy, stroke/seizure, recent bone breaks or dislocations, among others, should be disclosed when booking. If you are unsure whether your condition is relevant, please contact our Spa team for guidance. The Greenhouse Spa reserves the right to refuse or cancel treatments if a medical condition could result in injury or complications.

Please be aware that all guests must be 18 years old or older to receive treatments and access the Spa facilities. Treatment bookings do not include access to the spa facilities.

If you are booking an 'In Safe Hands' treatment, please contact the Spa Reception for assistance before proceeding with your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
