The Greenhouse Spa reserves the right to refuse and cancel treatments should the recipient have a medical condition that may result in injury or complications should the treatment be carried out.

All medical conditions should be declared at the time of booking, or at the earliest convenience. This includes both current and previous medical conditions, such as Cancer, Diabetes, Psoriasis, Fungal Nail Infections, Arthritis, Hepatitis, pregnancy, stroke/seizure, recent bone breaks or dislocations etc. If you are unsure as to whether your medical condition is relevant, please still inform our Spa team so that we can advise you further.

Cancellation Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy, any cancellations within this time will be charged in full. Non-arrivals will incur a 100% charge.

Health Conditions

We strongly recommend advising us of any pre-existing health or medical conditions prior to your arrival so we can ensure we are providing you with suitable treatment.
