Cancellation Policy We have a 72-hour cancellation policy, and any of our flexible and refundable cancellations within this time will be charged in full. Non-arrivals will incur a 100% charge. All Spa days and Treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable after the original 48-hour cancellation policy.
