Payment is required at the time of booking. Entry B&B rates are non-refundable or flexible. Our flexible and refundable rate is available for an extra £20 premium. We have a 72-hour cancellation policy, and any of our flexible and refundable cancellations within this time will be charged in full. Non-arrivals will incur a 100% charge. All treatments and spa days are non refundable and non transferable after the original 48 hour cancellation period.
